appointment of outside salesperson Carmen Busceme to Director of Decorative Sales,
effective May 1, 2008. Carmen has been on board with Alliance for the past 8 months.
In this time, she has demonstrated the tenacity and follow-up skills necessary to
excel at this position.

In addition to covering the Houston market, Carmen will develop and oversee all
decorative markets throughout the entire Alliance region. Also included in her
responsibilities will be traveling throughout the territories to manage our sales
efforts. Carmen's vast experience and skills gained in the industry make her the
ideal candidate for this position, and Alliance believes she is invaluable in the
development of our decorative markets.
